A friend of mine arranged for American Way Plumbing to deal with my slab leak. They did a great job. They arrived on time and were very neat and efficient.
Our contractor uncovered a section of our main stack that was leaking and terribly rusted that continued into the ground and needed to be replaced. I emailed American Way Plumbing at midnight and they responded the next day and were at our house that afternoon to inspect. They came the following day at 9 am and had the job finished by 2 pm. Beautiful work, reasonable price. They are just awesome!!!!
I was very thankful when the plumber from American Way Plumbing showed up soon after I called. However I was even more thankful when the work was done quickly and for less than another plumber quoted me over the phone. It's never fun to have a leak in the house because it can do major damage so it was nice that he explained why it had happened as well as the steps he took to prevent it from happening again. Thank you very much.
The Plumber from American Way Plumbing was very professional, prompt and was able to get the problem fixed very quickly! Not to mention his prices were much better than many of the other plumbers I called! I highly recommend!!
Great! American Way Plumbing has EXCELLENT customer service from the initial point of contact all the way to having a plumber come out to estimate. Their work estimate was right on par with other estimates we received, however, (1) the plumber was honest and knew exactly what he was talking about and (2) they actually show up when they say they will. We have hired them for our tank less hot water heater installation and will continue to use American Way Plumbing.
We enjoyed working with American Way Plumbing on a previous home (excellent work, timely, good solution to a tricky location for the system) and are planning on working with them again for a new home.
These guys are top notch! Very professional and knowledgeable. They were willing to explain everything patiently and take the time to do the job right. I will definitely call them again!
