We have American Home Shield, but we call American Way whenever there is a plumbing issue because of their responsiveness, fair prices, and professionalism. The owner is amazing—pleasant, always willing to help, and able to advise us on the best next steps.
I've had many plumbers over 20 years, but American Way was the most professional, politest, kindest and most efficient. A. even took the time to explain everything to me in detail. He accurately diagnosed the problems with my old boiler, and other plumbing issues, and exactly how solve them. Highly recommended!
I've come across American Way within the past 2 years- From replacing my water heater tank to fixing my AC unit. My experience with them has been wonderful! They are absolutely professional- responding immediately to calls and trying to fit you in their schedule ASAP (unlike other companies that make you have an appointment 2 weeks out) Al understands the client's urgency. I would give them 10 stars if I could. 90+ Degree weather and my AC goes off. I called and Adam arrived just a few hours later …he replaced several parts and got it working but the blower motor was weak and had to be ordered. He ordered and was back next day to complete the job. Now the house is really cool. Can’t thank you enough Adam and American Way you’re absolutely great.
Al was great and had a lot of knowledge. He help me out with my Blower Motor for the HVAC system and I highly recommend him along with American Way.
