I don’t usually leave reviews, but this company truly deserves it. I had an emergency situation and was stressed, but they showed up quickly and handled everything so calmly and professionally. Adam was was respectful, efficient, and made the whole process much easier than I expected. On top of that, their pricing was very reasonable—better than other companies I had looked into. It’s hard to find reliable and honest service like this, and I really hope more people discover them. I would absolutely call them again.

"I cannot recommend American Way Mechanical enough. We had a major issue with our main sewer line that was on going for 10 years until it no longer drains and continued to back up into our basement. I was dreading the cost. Al came out, did a thorough camera inspection, and explained exactly what was wrong, offering a sewerline repair option that saved my basement and got rid of the sewer smell! We own a rental property, and when the heating stopped working, American Way took care of it promptly. The tenants were happy, and so was I.
