Such bad service with only water service provider i have to find option to to get ready for work and reading other reviews there are constant other complaints i see as well people paying but still not get service restored when water is a necessity to life to drink and also bathe
Workers Showed up bright and early to shut off my 90 year old grandma's water today because she wasn't seeing the bills. Called right away made the payment. I can lled and waited almost an hour to get. She has never been late or didn't pay in the past. I confirmed 3 times with the woman on the phone, will this be turned back on today,the employee promised me it would be back on today. It's 7pm and the water is still shut off. If I could change water companies, I would do it without hesitation.
