Fantastic staff. The service department is always ready to help
I just walked in for a look around and now I end up going once a week at least for new things. Weather it’s ropes or boards or boat parts these guys have it, their knowledge and selection is incredible for the area. I was looking to buy a new board and they let me take a few out to try and see which one I wanted. We now only go here for our watersport purchases and eventually we’ll end up buying a new boat from them!
We have had the worst service experience of our lives with these guys. We put our 4 year old MasterCraft up last fall and it was running perfectly. These guys were paid $796 to winterized it and then another $575 this spring to summarize it for us. Today is July 21st and they still cannot make it run. We have been lied to so many times.
