Caution -- Poor Installers & Lack of Care for My Property Although the timing for the new vinyl windows to arrival went smoothly, the installation did not. Four men arrived in the morning and two more at noon to install American Vision Window replacements. All six men, however, abruptly left at 3:30 p.m. living the job undone. AWESOME JOB FROM AN AWESOME COMPANY I recently dealt with American Vision Windows when trying to replace all the windows and doors in my house. I had a great experience with everyone from the salesman to the installers and even the office staff. Everyone was very knowledgeable and ready to help answer any questions my wife and I had. Great Company! Great Service! Great people! I desperately needed new windows and was originally going to use the Home Depot cheapy ones but figured I would at least see what it would cost and what the difference in quality was. Best Value for Your Money! AVW was the third company I had received estimates from for replacing 10 windows upstairs last March. Our salesman was very personable and answered all our questions. I did my homework so I knew the questions to ask and how replacement worked, how they are made and installed. Satisfied Customer My wife and I had American Vision do our, windows (Anlan), text coat, and four sliding doors (Anlan). In all three situations the price was right and the service was top shelf. Every employee treated us with respect, and their professionalism was above all other companies we have ever used. Great Company, Great Product & Great Customer Service! I had a few replacement windows done with American Vision Windows about a year ago and can't say enough about how impressed I am with everything that has to do with this company. When I called and had a few questions regarding my order their customer service was on top of everything...from sales to ordering to installation and everything else in between my experience was fantastic!! Happy Clients We went through a major remodel of our home 3 years ago and selected AVW as our window replacement company after talking with other companies and were very satisfied with the installation and quality of their product.
