1-Star Review- Very Disappointing Experience Our experience with TMC Windows has been extremely disappointing. You can read my wife’s Mila review as well. We purchased $40,000 worth of custom windows, and nearly one year later, our project is still not properly completed! The biggest issue is that the windows we received were not the windows we ordered. We specifically ordered a particular safety lock and hardware configuration built into the window frame called window control opening device. Instead, the windows were instal... read more
* Contract is under my husband name Nikolay. You haven’t completed project in Huntington Beach. We both contacted you dozens of time regarding this issue in the last 5 months so you are very aware of the situation! I strongly discourage anyone considering purchasing windows from TMC Windows from moving forward without being extremely mindful and aware of what can happen if something goes wrong with your order due to a company mistake. Based on our experience, you may be left dealing with the wrong product and no support. We ... read more

If you are considering spending tens of thousands of dollars with TMC Windows, I strongly recommend that you carefully consider another company. We were extremely patient. We gave TMC Windows months and months of opportunities to correct this situation. We repeatedly contacted them and tried to resolve everything directly and profe... read more
Buckle Up TMC & Win-Dor...you are not getting away with this. This actually makes me sad to write this. We had a multi panel wall door installed 2 years ago. It was our second one with them. The cost on this door was over 10K. The door is still under the TMC install warranty and Win-Dor's product warranty. This door is an entry to our home so we have security conc... read more
If I could give them negative stars, I would because that is what they have earned. Started working with salesman early April (omitting names so the review isn’t taken down). When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. Nothing would be ordered until the choices were made and the change order was executed. We have done many remodeling projects over the years a... read more
