UPDATE - Thank you for your response, but I need to correct several inaccuracies because your reply does not reflect what has actually occurred throughout this process. A couple weeks ago, I placed an order and paid 50% down for some windows. Today they were supposed to be ready for pick up, and suddenly the sales rep has stopped responding to my texts and is forwarding my calls to voicemail. No one answers their office phone and you can't leave a message. Then today they charged my credit card the other 50%. I can't believe this is how these guys are doing business. Did I get scammed??
Reached out because we were interested in a replacing our front door for a fiberglass one. Mike was super easy to communicate with, and came prepared with samples, door options, and set all expectations for the install. We love our new door. Would recommend!
