We have worked with TMC multiple times over the last 15 years and always have a positive experience. Excellent customer service, reliable product and clean installation every time. We highly recommend TMC to anyone looking for windows or sliding doors.
Generally positive experience with some minor hiccups (new front door installation). Pros: quick to get everything scheduled and done. Door is beautiful. Installers are nice. Cons: communication and installation. We were told we could use our existing door handle/knob so we opted to not order one with our new door. When they were almost done with install, they said they couldn’t use the existing one since it was a different shape. Like wtf? TMC will always be my first call for window and door needs. They have been patient, understanding, and sympathetic to problems created by another contractor and the prior owner to my place. The entire team is responsive, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Update: I don't think I can't accurately convey what my neighbor and I have been through in the last two years. We had a failed dual pane window on a product TMC carried. They went overboard to order the replacement pane of glass, and when I had a problem with it, they bent over backwards to remedy the problem. I will use them with any window problem I would have. 5 Stars!
We used TMC to order several windows and doors for our renovation. I would say the main perk of working with TMC is that they are very responsive to calls and emails, and they could get me quotes (and more and more quotes, as measurements changed) very quickly. Some window distributors take a day or so to send you quotes. So I appreciated TMC's responsive customer service.
