Buckle Up TMC & Win-Dor...you are not getting away with this. This actually makes me sad to write this. We have used these companies several times for window and doors and have spend upwards of 25K with them and were about to spend about 25K more until this incident. We had a multi panel wall door installed 2 years ago. It was our second one with them. The cost on this door was over 10K. If I could give them negative stars, I would because that is what they have earned. Started working with salesman early April (omitting names so the review isn’t taken down). When we told him we were not certain about the style of doors for some of the items he urged us to sign the contract to take advantage of the discount and assured us we would be able to update via a change order. Sales/ordering process in the store and in home with Brandon was clear and easy... knowledgeable people; pricing seemed fair and I'll try to remember to update when the windows and doors are installed.

My wife and I purchased new windows and sliding glass door from TMC in March 2026 to replace decades-old windows and doors. It took months longer than expected to get an install date and communication should have been better (hence only 4 stars), but, in the end, we are very happy with the results. All the areas of our home that have new glass are SO much cooler than rooms that still have older windows.
