Whoever Zach Cox is was extremely rude and unprofessional and has no regard for people's time and the fact that he is in a position of authority speaks magnitude to the face of this entire company as a whole.
Their billing department is a disaster. They keep billing me with wrong information after I called and they supposedly fixed the information about my insurance coverage.
Worst company I have ever worked for no matter how hard you work they don't care I was fired because I called off due to a miscarriage Kimberly was horrible to work with
Excellent experience at Southwest Eye Center, Las Cruces, N.M My appointment was taken right on time. George at reception made check-in smooth, Julie the ophthalmic assistant was very professional, and Dr. De La Torre was outstanding—knowledgeable and caring. Overall, a fabulous visit. Highly recommend!
