Office staff rude and inept, Dr. unapproachable. Ordered wrong lenses. (colored blue in ONE eye, already have blue eyes) Had to reorder. Girl chomped gum while fitting my glasses. Office person refused to give me my Rx...6 months later, while I had paid all copayments AND held my son s Rx too, he had a zero balance as well.
