I have permanent nerve damage in my ankle from failed vein treatments. Edit: I DID respond to the office manager Jennifer Stokes, we spoke on the phone Tuesday October 21st at 10:58 A.M. Jennifer told me that the nerve damage is not permanent (that is not what my regular doctor is saying, it's severe), and reminded me that no matter how disfigured I am from the multiple FAILED vein treatments that caused a lot of damage, that I cannot take legal action because of papers that I signed (I never threatened to sue). Honestly, I have had a horrible experience at this clinic. At my first appointment, I was supposed to have a consultation, but I waited 45 minutes after my ultrasound before they came and told me I needed to reschedule. Next, I had two ablations and when I showed up at the appointment for the first they handed me pre-op instructions which told me what to wear to the appointment which would have been really good info BEFORE arriving for the appointment.
