First time and last time! Waited more than 2 1/2 months for 3 pair of pants, promised alteration of the length, that did not happen! Just go somewhere else!
Two separate occasions, I have gone to this store and I must say very dismissive and poor Customer Service.
I ordered three pairs of pants right around the first week of August. The pants were sent out to get stripes down the legs and to be hemmed. I was never notified as to when they were finished and ready for pickup. I called toward the end of September and was told they have my pants and I could pick them up anytime. I go to pickup my pants and see that they were never hemmed. My work order invoice clearly stated my pants were to be hemmed also.
