I first booked American Twin Mover 2 years ago. I was very impressed with the reasonable price and the great service provided by the movers. I remembered their company and contacted them again. As expected, they were prompt and responsive to my needs. No furniture was damaged. They usually wrap all of your furniture before they transport your goods to ensure no damage is done. I am loyal customer once I find quality service.

Attempted to contact for a quote. Phone call was hard to understand and when attempting to take a moment of time to get the information as requested. Caller cursed and hung up the call.

First off they were two hours late getting to my place. They broke the elevator and wouldn’t wait for it to be fixed witch took all of 15 mins. The job was supposed to be an 8 hr job minimum. I was at the new place and I was told they only had one room left to do. When I went back it looked like only one room was done and half of another. One of the workers dropped my box and kicked it in the house! Those were my mugs all broken. I thoroughly enjoyed working with American Twins Mover. James and his buddy started working straight away at 9 a.m. (my arrival window was from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m.) I finished the full relocation in around two hours. The interaction with James was quite pleasant and kind, and it went very well. I most certainly would suggest this business to anyone who has the means to hire movers.
