Throughout the process, the moving company's communication was appalling. We had to phone several times to obtain any information, and they failed to provide us with an arrival time update. The experience was stressful because of the lack of professionalism. Even though everything came undamaged, the ongoing concern was not worth it. Although the delivery was safe, the service needs a lot of work.
I have used them three times in just this past year. They have assisted in moving heavy equipment in an upstairs office, removing and disposing of unwanted things and today moving my daughter from our house to her new home. They are friendly, quick, reliable and through.
The guys showed up on time worked hard and fast. They are careful and respectful of you and your belongings. I had them move my stuff from a storage unit. The unit was full 15x20 the truck they had was a smaller one then what put it in. But they managed to pack that truck gently and to the brim no issues. The second half of the move from a three story town house no issues wrapped things and out the door.
I was worried about my antique furniture during the move, but American Twin Mover handled it with care and expertise. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything arrived in perfect condition.
The movers from American Twin Mover were amazing! They arrived on time, carefully packed my belongings, and delivered everything safely to my new home. I couldn't be happier with their service.
