I had a horrible experience with this moving company (Maryland to North Carolina) . I heard wonderful things about the company and a friend of mine had recommended it. I booked a date several weeks in advance and paid the deposit. The person I spoke with NEVER mentioned that it could take up to 2 weeks for my things to be delievered in another state. NEVER. I hired this excellent American Twin Mover. The moving team arrived on time and started working right away. The moving team was respectful and professional. They did a great job and delivered all the items in pristine condition. It was flat rate pricing and was competitive with all the other quotes we got. I would surely recommend them for any move.
I asked for a quote to move from one apartment to another in the same building and the response receive was “sorry we don’t provide labor only.” I’m sorry, what do moving companies do again?! Google needs to rethink backing this company.
