From start to finish, dealing with Paul and his crew was a great experience. From contacting Paul for a quote and all the way through job completion, communication was stellar. We had a very large (over 70ft tall) dead pin oak removed today and we couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of the completed job. I had American Tree take down a huge pecan tree between 2 fences, buildings and power lines and they did an excellent job. Highly recommend them for any tree removal. Thanks guys

They’ve been to my house previously and the work was more than acceptable. This time I can’t even get a response to my texts. They’ve come and accessed the job, given me a price, but it’s been more than 4 months and the work hasn’t even begun. I’ve tried to contact them multiple times with no response. This is completely unacceptable not to mention highly unprofessional. Even if there is a good reason for such a delay they should at the very least respond to my texts.
