I love American TransPorter bus charters Of course this is my opinion, but they are better than most of the other bus charter companies in Phoenix AZ. I would have given them 5 starts but their motor coaches, while very very nice, did not have on board wifi. They told me they will soon have that feature. It wouldn't have been very important to me except that I wanted to do some work while our group was being driven to Los Angeles for a 3day business conference. Hey they were on time... ...Most of the other companies we have used in the past were not. We even had one company that did a no show on us.Fortunately, the crew at American Transporter are 2 for 2.We used them for a trip to Flagstaff.... and one to Magic Mountain. No complaints here. Great service and staff.

American Transporter is a good company to work with We reserved a 56 passenger bus to take our group toFlagstaff and Meteor Crater. Their crew is great. Very good office support and a safety minded driver. Their bus arrived on time and the bus was very clean. PLUS, the dvd player worked. This may seem small, but we have chartered buses before from other companies, the bus shows up with a broken dvd player. Not good on long trips.Our group highly recommends American Transporter. Great company to work with on our bus charter to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon We have used several companies in the past for our group charters, but have switched to American Transporter for our group transportation needs. Sometimes our group goes to Snow Bowl, sometimes the Grand Canyon and Sedona... with a side trip to Flagstaff, we even did a charter to Meteor Crater. American Transporter is the best!!!! We used them for a dinner shuttle and also for a couple of corporate outings to Sedona. A big thanks to American Transporter for taking us to the Pima Air & Space Museum in Tucson AZ We loved the ride.... I bet we were a noisy group for your driver. -LOL--!!! You picked us up on time. We think that's great. Why? Because some of the bus charter companies we have used in the past have been late by almost an hour... no real excuse given. Also, your bus smelled good and was clean. Thanks for taking our kids group to Prescott You driver was on time, on schedule, safe, and the buses were clean with working DVD players. We have used other companies and sooo many time they send us mediocre buses with DVD players that don't work... dirty bathrooms... blah blah blah/You guys rock. American Transporter has safe and courteous drivers, clean buses, and a great staff that makes the reservation process go smoothly.
