The absolute most unprofessional, rude, disgraceful, disrespectful transport company I have ever dealt with, both personally and professionally. Specifically Dana Davis who is the most rude, egotistical, unprofessional person I have ever meet. Just read their mission statement, it says it all. "Our goal is to provide safe, cost effective and economical medical transport in a timely manner,." No where does it say professional, courteous, respectful, integrity, empathy, etc. It says it all with the words, cost effective.
Services? Okay. Infrastructure? Dates back to the 1990s. No way to pay a bill online - feel free to mail in a check or pay a high percentage fee if you’d like to pay over the phone.
They committed to transporting a family member from one area of SC to another. After 6 conversations with them for over one month with complete details and costs, 3 days before scheduled pickup they said they knew nothing about our conversations. Very unprofessional and non-caring. Worst company and employee very rude.
The wrost company to ever work for or to do business with. They get mad when u dont lie to the patients and medair. They pay Nonthing, no benefits. They dont give the drivers breaks. They only have 3 drivers most days and have 60 or plus rides. Just overall a terrible company.
