They committed to transporting a family member from one area of SC to another. After 6 conversations with them for over one month with complete details and costs, 3 days before scheduled pickup they said they knew nothing about our conversations. Very unprofessional and non-caring. Worst company and employee very rude.

The wrost company to ever work for or to do business with. They get mad when u dont lie to the patients and medair. They pay Nonthing, no benefits. They dont give the drivers breaks. They only have 3 drivers most days and have 60 or plus rides. Just overall a terrible company.

I wish I could give them negative stars. They were an hour late picking up my 72 year old father from the hospital, which he was in for breaking 8 ribs on his right side from a fall. This is significant because he's not used to sitting up in a wheelchair yet and they left him waiting. The driver left his personal belongings sitting on the sidewalk and proceeded to drive like a crazy person the whole trip, jostling him and his broken ribs the whole way, the driver then left him at the door of the facility and DROVE OFF withou... read more

A good company to both work for and to be transported by. I worked for them through my college years. They went out of their way to work with my schedule and treated me well until I was ready to move on to other lines of work. Everybody on the team (at least that I worked with directly) was knowledgeable and hardworking with a great work ethic. All in all, I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their foot in the door or expand their horizons within the field!
