Great experience
Got a hitch installed cheaper than anywhere around. 3 people waiting to work on my car right when I pulled up. 2 guys did it to go faster. In and out with zero issues.
I had them install a trailer hitch on my Mazda CX-5. They said to just buy the hitch kit on Amazon, so I did. I dug up my car receipt to verify I had the "Touring Trim", very important to buy a compatible hitch kit. Thay did a great job. I saved a lot of money and got a better hitch!
I hate writing bad reviews, but what happened today was completely careless and contributed to a fat bill. I called yesterday asking if they could fix a blown-out hub on my small single-axel trailer, and they said sure, come by. Today, I drove 20+ miles (35 mins) to get work done on my blown-out hub, and they told me they couldn't do the job because my trailer was too small. I then had to drive 40+ miles today on a blown-out hub, which added $180 to my $275 bill as the other shop had to buff out my spindle. I don't know thei... read more
