EXCELLENT! WONDERFUL! ABOVE AND BEYOND! Im not going to give the full story because its a long one just like our trailer (40ft) but this company deserves way more than just 5 stars. Thank you again and again.
If I could leave a zero star review I would. Clearly the people taking in customers have no clue what work the actually do here. We were told they could fix a panel on our trailer, the main reason we brought it in. We were told in person after an hour drive to get there, they don't even do that kind of work. They just threw a couple screws into the cracked part and called it good. They sat on it for two weeks and didn't start any work until after a couple of phone calls checking on it. I am always anxious when I take my vehicles anywhere! This place went above my expectations installing my hitch. Very fast, reasonable price and friendly.
