I would not recommend anyone do business with this company, the service is horrible, they do not complete the job properly, once they get your money they do not care about your complaints. Jon the manager is a very rude individual my trailer was poorly put together. I feel like I have been scammed. I have only been on my trailer twice and it has been in the shop more than i have worked on it and this is a brand new trailer built from ground up..DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
I ordered a custom build trailer from American Trailer Pros because of their promotion of all tube frames and they don't use inferior channel tubing. They also advertise their trailers are build by Arising Industries, which had decent reviews. After I picked up my trailer, I found out it was built by Freedom Trailers, not Arising Industries as my contract stated. It was also constructed with Z channel cross members.
