I wanted to give them 1 star but the driver was super nice he got them to 3. However, whoever answers the phone needs to be pushing the broom at the waste management field. She was rude. Answering the phone she never identified herself or the company and just said "hello" then after some confusion and the lady acting like we interrupted her soaps we asked is this the insurance or the tow company she rudely stated towing? Tow truck driver ( Bob) was friendly, went out of his way to help us in every way possible. Thank you Bob !
Helped me out of a jam. Very knowledgeable. Was able to save me a trip to a mechanic.
The service was great! And the guy who picked us up was awesome! He definitely deserves a raise. He got us off hwy 20 and he was a older man.so give him a raise!
