Pleasant experience from start to finish. We met with David Castillo (salesman) who came to do our on-site inspection. He wasn't pushy and honestly it was the best sales experience I have ever had. Everything was explained well and the installation team (also a man by the name of David) was very professional and timely. He is very skilled with his backhoe/excavator and they do a great job explaining the ins/outs of the shelter. Highly recommend.
We had inquired about a storm shelter. They sent out an experienced person that knew his business. He was very nice, friendly and respectful. He told us all about the shelters. We ended up buying one it's not in yet but the sales meeting was great. I had already did research. I will review again after placement.
Purchase a very expensive in ground concrete storm shelter and it is a good unit except for the fact that the seal they used between the two concrete pieces let’s water in. I contacted them to fix this many times and no one wants to do the right thing and fix the problem. Had to stand in 6 inches of water the other night during a storm and was thankful I had a shelter but upset that my family and my neighbors had to stand in 6 inches of water for almost an hour.
