Worst experience with selling a property I ever had!! None of the people involved in in the transaction were on the same page. They held up my funds because they didn't want them to go into the clouds. They have $200 in escrow for the final water bill when the final water bill was on the closing statement. When I asked about it- they said to email the final bill. They took out lot rent that I didn't owe!! Now I have to sue the park management to get my money back! Very unprofessional!
Cindy was amazing and made sure we understood everything in the closing process. We were spoiled at the end and were delivered cookies on a tray! Highly recommend.
