American Title Solutions made a $2,700 tax error and notified us that they were in error over a month after closing on our house. Isn’t attention to detail something that is necessary for a title agency? Guess not. I wouldn’t choose them if you or your clients want to be stress free post-close. Imagine not realizing you were in error after closing documents were signed over month later? Pretty embarrassing.
