I recently represented the seller in a transaction handled by Monica Castaneda, and she did an excellent job as our escrow officer. Monica was professional, responsive, and kept the process moving smoothly from start to finish. She communicated clearly, stayed on top of deadlines, and made sure all parties felt informed and supported. I would gladly work with her again and highly recommend her services!
They did a quit claim deed and they put the wrong date. I gave Linda 40$ and a 20$ tip. I called and was very polite when I called to have Linda fix it and an older lady who picked up the phone was yelling at me about how her”girls” shouldn’t have done it in the first place. I thought that was weird but ok..I spoke with Linda and made an “appointment “. she wouldn’t set a time, It was something about her lunchtime and how it varies and couldn’t set a time. they recorded the property under wrong name! the title officer must make sure the LLC name is correct! the deed recorded under different intetty!!! they don't look hard and check the names and other important information! like numbers ! yes; Linda is nice person but she should check all papers and names to make sure everything is correct! even if the buyer agent make errors, still the title co should compare the names and the paperwork for final submission!
