Don't be deceived by this very impressive showroom for tires and rims. Customer service is horrible. We were on vacation in Hot Springs from Louisiana and saw I had a nail in my rear tire. Very upsetting because I just purchased this set of tires two months ago in Louisiana and at $400 a tire I sure am glad I opted for the road hazard warranty. I called the shop back home that I purchased them from and they gave me a 1 800 number to call to find a shop in this area to honor the warranty. I call them and they give me a claim ... read more
