They could be truthful and admit when they did something wrong and make it right. They could also treat their customers with respect.

A good friend was given used tires and told they were new! Management wouldn’t resolve the issue. Based on this, would never go to them!
They completely scammed a friend of mine. Not to mention rude and disrespectful. If you get tires from here make sure you check the tread first in front of them. Maybe even take a pic for proof!
NEVER buy tires from these people. You’ll be better off riding on your rims than you would buying anything from these clowns.

They could honor their warranty on tires and not tell you that you're buying a new set of tires when they are putting old, used tires on instead...especially when you have to have those same tires replaced less than a month after you purchased them. A little respect would be nice too
