Doordashed here to pick up some tires. They have terrible customer service. No one running the floor to move tires into our cars. Waited for about 15 minutes with practically no one acknowledging me! American Tire, do better!!!
Do yourself a favor go to US auto force, NTW or Tire Hub. There’s a reason this company has filed bankruptcy twice in 6 years
Do not want to deliver tires here takes forever for them to unload 91 tires been here 4 hours plus
I wrote a review last year about this place I gave them a 1 star in 2023. Here we are in 2024 and it’s worst. It’s so unfortunate that I can’t give them the 0 star that they’ve earned. My most recent visit was on 6/17/2024. This place is suppose to open at 8:00am 8:09 was when I was finally able to enter. As I was standing outside the door for them to open a customer jumped up on the dock and just walked in. This place has changed so much for the worst since 2020.
