Remove the "manager " he is rude condescending jerk.. i bought my tires in Redlands nice place Bill the manger in Yucca Valley will not honor the tire 3 yr alignment i purchased and when i asked about other services he spoke to me like i had no idea what i was talking about. NEVER GO HERE . I will be speaking with the District manager
My lady made in appointment to get her tires rotated and balanced she dropped it off at 9am and picked her truck up at 130pm the truck was in the same exact spot she dropped it off at and they assured her they rotated and balanced her tires which they did not due. I know this because the alignment is off on her truck and was unevenly wearing her tires in the front. Originally I went in thinking I went into the actual place I booked with but I didn't and they swooped me with their cheaper deals and they didn't have to price match neither the price was way cheaper than the other place I booked with! They're the best! Gave me such great prices for all 4 tires and alignment work and quotes on everything else thanks guys for everything you did awesome! �
Great customer service. No complaints. They helped us out when one of our tires blew out. Fantastic service.
What can't I say about this place? Ken got my truck in, was Honest, which is very important to me, got the part and put it on the next day. He is super great, awesome sense of humor and will def. Be going there again when needed. Thanks a Bunch.
