Wonderful service. They patched my Tesla tire when I was desperate! They are also open Sundays which is great.
I had a very disappointing experience at the American Tire Depot in Upland, CA. I came in for a complimentary oil change and was immediately told by the store manager that it would take about three hours if I wanted to leave my vehicle. The shop did not appear particularly busy, and the interaction felt dismissive from the start. Before assisting me, the manager appeared to be occupied in the back of the shop, and his attitude came across as passive-aggressive and unwelcoming once I arrived.
