Nice guys. They had my tire in stock and changed it quickly.
My boyfriend called today (Sunday they close at 4pm) to confirm if we came for an air check & possible nail repair on one of the tires it would be okay. Andre confirmed as long as it was before 4pm it was fine. We plow through traffic on a flat to get there at 3:55pm. We’re greeted and the air pressure is checked . As we suspected a nail was found in the back tire. We’re told it can be taken care of if we’re willing to wait. Relieved, we wait for about 15-20mins or so. I came in towards the end of the day on a Sunday evening. Staff was welcoming and friendly, and managed to take me in and take care of my tire. I had gone to Firestone in Upland and they wasted an hour and a half of my time prior to coming here. I was in and out of American tire in less than 30 minutes for a tire patch. I am happy with the work and how attentive they were with me and other clients. Thanks to Andre for setting it up and taking me in.
