EXORBITANT OVERCHARGE taking advantage of my stranded circumstances. On Friday 08 Dec 2023 at 5:45Pm the Adams St location sold me two tires: Summit 205/60R 16 92H ULTRAMAX for $127.99 apiece (before charges for balancing + taxes) for a total end cost of $340. These tires cost only $63.09 apiece on Amazon and $65 apiece at Walmart. Moreover, Discount Tires quoted me today that they would have provided me with the same tires for $205 total end cost after installation. So American Tire overcharged me $135. RecommendedThe guys at this shop are great to work with. I have two old MGs with wire wheels: no problem for them. Also they look after the tires on my 3 modern cars. The British car community would struggle without them.

5 stars! My front tire blew out east of Buckman Springs as I drove to IB on an errand. AAA put my donut on & it took me 3 hrs to drive to El Cajon. No place had the 93V high velocity (148mph or better) tires in stock that my Saab requires and the tires were going to take 5 days to be delivered. I called American Tire Depot at 5:58pm and not only did they have the 4 tires I needed, they stayed open 40 minutes past closing for me to drop off my car. Next morning my car was ready by 10am. Great service, guys!

Too notch service! Always accomodating & gets me fixed up & back on the road in no time. Had a blowout last night while Christmas shopping & had a nail in my spare so had my vehicle towed to American Tire. Went in this morning & they had me fixed up in less than 2 hours even though they were booked solid with appts going into the holiday wknd. Got 4 tires for an amazing deal! I called around different places and this was the most affordable and they took us the same day about 2 hrs before they were gonna close. The manager was extremely professional, honest and friendly. Will definitely be coming back in the future and highly recommend.
