I made an appointment to service my brakes and an oil change. The guys here are great! Ez and Steven were of great help. They went beyond what was necessary and made sure to give me the best pricing and help with the total. I have come before for my tires but they continue to excel in full service as well. I appreciate being treated with respect and explanations of what is going on concerning my car. Thank you guys!
Great customer service at this location! The Upland store proved to be poorly run and incompetent. I drove farther to come to the Pomona store and it was well worth it. E.C. and his son took care of my tire warranty service quickly and competently, something the Upland store manager failed to do every time. This store is the only one I'm coming to and can recommend.
