ZERO STARS - I went to have my transmission fluid changed on a Saturday. On Monday morning I found a 3 foot wide puddle of transmission fluid under my 1995 truck. The mechanic had cross-threaded the drain plug and ruined the pan. I had to miss three hrs work to have the pan replaced with one from a junkyard. Two Saturdays later I went to have the oil changed and I told Jim to top off all the fluids. Miguel was amazing I've been struggling out of work. And was able to help me!
Be extremely careful. Had a tire fixed here then a few months down the road had a flat. Went to get the tire off my car and could not budge the bolts. Had AAA come out thinking they had other or better tools. The AAA technician could not budge the bolts as well. I had to take it to another tire shop to have them remove the tire. I had to buy a whole new set of lug nuts because my other ones were destroyed taking the tire off. My advice, go to a reputable company. These guys are not worth the price.
Never answer the phone not even sure if they are in business. Called 10 times over 2 days. Called corporate office several times to find out if Whittier location is still open and they don't answer either!
