So this place I've been to twice now once with a completely flat tire and just recently the tire had the size of a thumbtack nail in it but turned out to be a little longer than a thumbtack because it was causing a flat and both times even though we waited over 2 hours They fixed it for free no questions asked very friendly service.

I'll give it a good rating and be returning on Tuesday the 14th to actually get my tire replaced and realigned. I'll let you know about the follow through. I bought all of the tires and 10 years alignment package there. It was a better deal than America's Tires.

Thanks to the person who stole my Volks lug nut key I wasn't able to change out my brakes this morning. I bought some fresh tires from this place about a month ago. I let them barrow my lug nut key since the don't have the special key nor do many people as well. We'll after they handed me my car back the worker told me lug key is in your glove compartment. By far worst tire shop we've been too manager and all employees extremely rude kept my husband and my five year old son waiting in the 103 heat for three hour with out being helped never apologizing or even offer water to a child and after three hours when asked the manager how long more he said I don't know you can go some where else if you like
Drove my truck in the shop today with a flat tire and mechanic replaced my spare tire within 15 minutes awesome customer service was able to make it to Ontario to see Marvel Universe live with my son and daughter, thanks American tire depot , i didnt get the mechanic's name but he rocks...
