knowledge on services too slow could be improved

Called on a Saturday June 20th, talked to Chad, thinking no way they will have my 30 9.5 15 tire size in stock. They didn't, But Chad Stopyak (the acting manager from Arroyo Grande store) had them brought from slo to paso before 12noon. I Took my rims in and Chad, who I talked to on the phone was doing triple duty, yet getting everyone taken care of. He even handled a rude customer with compassion and patience. I just moved to the area, drove 2300 miles and once I reached my destination sure enough picked up a nail in my tire. I called around and this was one of the only shops open on a Saturday afternoon so I put my spare tire on and headed to the repair shop. They patched my tire very quickly for as busy as they were and they did it for no cost! I am very picky with my cars and to recieve my wheel/tire fast, clean, no mounting damage/scuffs on my wheel and the leak was fixed the first time I'm very pleased with their service and ... read more
