Our van broke down about 20 miles west of Ontario. 7 out of 8 wheel studs had broken off on our rear tire as we were traveling on the freeway. I called the shop and explained our situation. We had our van towed to the shop. These guys were able to fix it quickly so my family could get back on the road. They were honest, compassionate, kind, and truly cared about our family's safety. Update: Thought I’d give this place another shot and was once again disappointed with the customer service and the fact I’m now missing 4 of the screws that hold my engine splash cover that needs to be removed to perform an oil change on my car. Don’t waste your money here. Unless you want to be disappointed time after time, just go to Les Schwab. Nice job! Had a couple tires mounted and balanced here.
Took my wife’s Yukon in for a rotate and balance. At the end of the service I asked the 2 guys that did the service if they checked the air pressures, they both said yes. When I asked what the tires were set to, one made a general statement that a rig like this would be set to 35 lbs in the front and 40 lbs in the rear. I knew then they had not checked the air. I knew I had a low tire at 25lbs and the rest at 40 lbs from checking them prior by a tire gauge. When I left and drove over to a store, I checked the tires again. Th... read more
