After the installation, Kevin Mohr the Product Consultant, never followed up with us after the installation. We had so many problems with our order Kevin took. The Installers were upset and it was a huge lack of customer service. We did not have a good experience with this company.
All I can say is WOW! American Thermal is a TRUE family company. They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy throughout the entire process. After speaking with several companies, and getting multiple quotes, our allegiance sided with American Thermal. Nick was our sales rep.
