Mark was polite, proficient and wonderful as always.
These people are not honest. Was told the son of the company did an inspection and he never did. When I called his mom as it’s a family owned business she said he may have gone to the wrong house. Then she said he wasn’t feeling well. 🤨
I purchased a home that they were the existing pest control company for and was liking the service. Had them for a year in a half now. Today was an odd turn I never expected. While I would have rated them well, their rude and uncaring attitude was noted and unappreciated. The elder mother and father run the business and the son is the one that comes out. The son is way easier one to deal with and talk to, but this family is stuck in the past and showed today that they don’t care for those they service. The issue would have o... read more
