I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. This is the most unprofessional, unorganized, irresponsible place i’ve ever been to that’s supposed to be considered a Doctors office. It smells like pee the second you walk in the door which I could look past if the staff could even be semi professional or organized with dispensing medications. Terrible. Sharlonda Myles is a sadist who enjoys punishing recovering addicts and mentally disabled people. Don’t go here if you don’t want the in person equivalent of the door being slammed in your face whenever they decide appointments are done. It’s over a TV. Myles hung up every appointment. I’m Bipolar 2, currently having PPD with active thoughts of suicidal ideation and PTSD and she just hung up on me, discharged me on the fact my fiancé wrote a complaint on her. Should have read the reviews before I went here. I went seeking help for several issues and the doctor repeatedly cut me off when I was trying to talk about the issues I was dealing with, asked numerous questions that were the same ones the intake nurse had already asked me, and then proceeded to tell me to wait until I see pain management and see what they would do for me. I RARELY leave a negative review. I was asked to do a urine screen. I brought it back to a staff member who asked me to dump out my own urine. The cup was 1/2 full, but apparently, they only want/need a 1/4 full. That is NOT normal protocol for any type of medical facility. I've worked in Healthcare myself for over 15 years now. I also do urine screenings. It's not organized at all. I highly suggest finding a more professional establishment. The people coming there are patients and paying for a service.
