I see all the pics of animal. But yet when I look through mine it is not clear. It seems to rather grainy. The YouTube videos are nothing like mine. What am I doing wrong??
I bought a Thor ND scope. I've been trying to reach ATN with some questions. I have called and left messages 3 times and emailed them once. Still no response. What terrible customer service. I would recommend not dealing with this company. I spent too much money on their product to be ignored. Since I posted the above message, I got a response from ATN and a person to call. Hiya I have just purchased the ATN x sight 2 I was on night vision with my wifi connected playing around with settings as you do and my scream went blank but it was still showing though my phone I have tried taking batteries out and putting them back in sill won't switch on and now am not connected to my phone I was wondering if they was a reset I could do while its off to get it back on or is it broke thank lee.
I got my atm x-sight hd friday shot it for the first time today. First shot it turned off second shot it froze up and now the screen is white. Can you explain this

i own a 5-18 as well. image is a joke, thing is as accurate as throwing a block of wood, goes thru batteries, night vision is a joke. i have used it three times and now the POS will not even power up. PURE JUNK!!!
i had this scope about a week and it was horrible i finally sent it back. i could only get batteries to last maybe 15 min.. By the time i got all the settings put in the batteries would dead.. I spent every night down loading firmware ect. i finally got it to where I could see my pasture gate,maybe 60yards away, but that was one time. it takes time to power up to slow to really hunt with and very very heavy. so I ordered a gen 1 night scope.
