I was informed a day prior to my procedure what time to come in what documents to bring in and also a $270 co-pay which was really ridiculous. I’ve had two total hip replacement surgeries didn’t have to pay a dime with the same insurance. also I had a stent put in didn’t have to pay a co-pay like that. It seemed like a factory for surgeries to me. I wasn’t pleased and there was construction going on. I did not go on and have the procedure done as much as I needed it and looking to have it done somewhere else now.
Dingy, claustrophobic waiting area. Glad we found a couple chairs in the hallway during our long wait. All was good once I got called back and I thought that the medical staff did a good job overall.
The staff was very accommodating. The day was running late but I didn't feel neglected. They even gave snacks to my transportation driver.
Procedure scheduled for 12:30. Told to arrive 1hour early. At 100 still had someone in front of us to be seen. A little respect goes a long way!
I know I shouldn't say this but I've enjoyed my time there for the short procedure I had done. The staff was extremely caring and accommodating. Would recommend to others!
