X was great to work with and was engaging with conversation and general questions or concerns I have. Moving from state to state and this process was easy to navigate.
I rented a storage building for over a year. Lance was great making sure I had everything I needed. It was very easy to access on weekends and was given a code to get in on Sundays if it was locked. I would highly recommend this place. Great service, polite and just amazing to deal with. Rick Simpson

I am writing this review as I am sitting outside of the storage place trying to get in - for the second time this month. I park my work truck in here, so I'm literally sitting here losing money while the gate code isn't working and the phone numbers I have are unresponsive. This is a very frustrating situation. As other reviews have mentioned this is not a 24-hour location as advertised - and the customer service is horrible. Store your stuff elsewhere.
