The manager is dishonest and insulting! On July 3rd, she put a red pad lock on an empty storage unit and claimed that it had not been vacated and charged us for an extra month! I insisted that she remove the lock and prove that the unit was not empty. She refused with the ludicrous statement that she could tell it was not empty by the sound it made when she knocked on the door.
