It's the best now that new management is there.
Under new management and making some great improvements
Under original management was the best great people good communication. Then they Raise the price for the units for No employees on site which make it very difficult. And not very secure. Storage units where not all that clean or Insulated to keep out bugs or critters. But at least you could go there and pay with cash or a money order. Now just a card and online bill paying only……with no way to login makes it really difficult to deal with.
Have been trying to cancel for months no answer
Great website that made renting a storage unit a breeze. Plus there is someone living onsite to make it feel extra secure. Highly recommend.
