If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would, jenesha is absolutely amazing at her job she’s basically a superhero, she answered all my questions with a smile, and somehow made packing up my life slightly less traumatic. Honestly, I’m convinced she has magical powers. Do yourself a favor and go see her you’ll leave with your stuff AND a newfound appreciation for human excellence

I usually don’t write reviews but I made sure I did this just for the sweet woman at American Storage. Jenesha always helps me with my U-Haul needs if there’s a truck needed this is the only location I rent from I won’t go to another location because this is the only one I prefer. Jenesha always goes over and beyond when it comes to helping me and giving me customer service. Great location and close to my neighborhood.
I have been storing at American since 2016. Each time I come in person the property manager Jenesha always makes me feel at home. It's wonderful to feel like your business needs are not just for money but there are establishments that still care about the customers. Jenesha keep up the good work you are phenomenal at what you do I couldn't ask for better service.
