Terrible , rude, and disrespectful business's!! As a business owner this was one of the worst experiences I've delt with. After speaking to the "owner" about bringing my pump in for a warranty repair. He tells me he will try and get parts . So driving 45 minutes to this shop. Rude right when I enter . "pressure washer repair shop" Tells me where the engine is? Lol . And that he is going to charge me to test the pump. What a scam. So a repair shop can't put 4 bolts on my pump and fix it?
