Terrible , rude, and disrespectful business's!! As a business owner this was one of the worst experiences I've delt with. After speaking to the "owner" about bringing my pump in for a warranty repair. He tells me he will try and get parts . So driving 45 minutes to this shop. Rude right when I enter . "pressure washer repair shop" Tells me where the engine is? Lol . And that he is going to charge me to test the pump. What a scam. So a repair shop can't put 4 bolts on my pump and fix it? They were so knowledgeable and friendly and fixed my washer quickly! Had to make him take money for his service! Don't see this as much anymore.
