I was in property management for 23 years and heard EVERY excuse from EVERY contractor. I'm thankful Amir followed through on EVERY promise. He and his employees did a wonderful job.
Working with Mir and his guys was a pleasurable and easy experience. They just finished my roof this past weekend (11/23) and it came out great. They provided good suggestions with a no-pressure attitude which was very refreshing. They followed the contract and performed everything they said they would. I would definitely recommend them to do work for you.

I had American Star Contracting redo my roof and add a portico to my home at the beginning of 2024. I'm not particularly eager to write a review quickly as I like to see if the work has been sustainable. I could not be happier with Mir and his team. Mir came out to the house to give me a competitive price and demonstrated the products he uses related to GAF Roofing and extended warranty. Choosing a roofer can be a bit overwhelming but you are in good hands with Mir and his team. They’ve repaired a crumbling chimney, replaced roof decking and shingles and more recently installed a vent for a bathroom exhaust. Every time they’ve been out to my house they are efficient, clean, responsible and professional. I highly recommend American Star if you need help, I know I would not hesitate to call them again.
