We had our whole roof reroofed by James and I just discovered the hatchet job that was done on the plywood replacement by the ridge vents that were installed. Numerous new 48 x 96 OSB panels were cut too short for the vents, so they just nailed a bunch of 4" wide strips next to the panels that they cut too short. My roof is soft and weak where all these areas were miscut and rigged and some of the pieces have broken off and fallen into my attic.
