We recently had a problem due to the freeze. I called several companies and had to leave messages, most never even called me back. I called American Sprinkler, they answered the phone and came out immediately because our water to the house was off. It was freezing outside with snow still on the ground. They were able to get the crisis fixed for us and we rescheduled for a warmer day to turn on the system to get everything else fixed. This company is the best sprinkler company we have ever had come to our house. They were efficient and found the problem within the first 15 minutes. There were things we did not know were wrong that they found, they fixed all of our issues in the first 1.25 hours!!!! I thought their hourly rate was high until they came to our house, it actually cost us less than we had paid in the past.
