If I could rate it higher I would! The guys at American Springs went above and beyond with every aspect of service. We threw a front drive shaft, traveling cross country with our dogs. We brought our Jeep to them, and right away they started doing all they could. Even went as far as to let us bring our dogs into the A.C. and offer them water. We never got the feeling that they were trying to make an extra buck on us because we were stuck and ased on the amount of people we saw, we knew that they knew what we were doing. Scot... read more

Extremely capable employees and staff. Been in flagstaff since the beginning of time. Very competitive pricing and will never screw you around. Ask for Scott. Nice guy.

Nobody in town does a better job with suspension and front end work. This is the only shop in town I have had my truck aligned and didn't have to take it back a second time to get it right.

Excellent customer service I had my son's suspension repaired with American Spring after another shop in Flagstaff, AZ had really messed things up. It took a bit of time, (they ARE a specialty shop), but they were able to diagnose and repair most of the problems. The level of customer service is fantastic! I've been to these guys several times now. They poped in a drive shaft u-joint, diagnosed and repaired a major steering problem in my built up dodge ram and tuned up my sway-away shocks. These guys are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They could be slow at times, but no more so than any other specialty mechanic. Today, the technician -Lee- spent three hours working on my steering issue and only charged me $85 for the alignment. GREAT Experience – Went to American Spring for a lift. Couldn't tell you how happy am I am with the service, price, and how quickly my truck was in, out and back on the road. the BEST decision I ever made was to choose American Spring. best decision for my wallet and for my truck. WATCH OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ripp OFF – WATCH OUT, These guys put used parts on in place of new ones. Had over $1,500 ripped from these guys. Find a way to mark any parts that are new on your vehicle, these guys will throw old junk on.....
