Have purchased two rv s American rv and John has always treated me good. I'm looking at trading with him again.
Worst service ever!!! We dropped off our RV, that we bought there for repairs promised, on May 1st. Two months later nothing was done. So after multiple calls, we were told it would be ready by end of the week. We go to pick it up, having to pay a large sum of money for the so-called repairs. Come to find out, only after we go camping, that NOTHING WAS FIXED. Very disgusted with the quality and service of American Spirit RV. Stay away!!!!
