The doctor is great but I have to rate low because it is rare to actually see the doctor outside of a surgery. The PAs are not doctors and are limited in help. The worse part is the office manager. What a bad experience getting anything accomplished with Angela. You have to call and leave messages and they don't get returned. She rarely ever calls a person back and is quick to make excuses to wiggle out of responsibility that it's her fault things are seriously delayed in your care and treatment. My experience here has been very good. Selena Machia was very kind and helpful with my injury. She took time to educate me and listen to my concerns in regards to sports and fitness. The office was polite and helped me find an imaging location that took my insurance.
I thought he cared but it's an act. I will regret this surgery for the rest of my life and who I chose to do it. He left me 10 times worse than before I went into surgery. Now he's in the Villages with the institute that milks the villages and fails to give quality care. He did 2 of my surgeries and I regret then both. Save yourself... run!
I had a bi-level disc replacement a year ago. I have went to all of my follow up appointments, and never have seen the actual surgeon again. One artificial disk is off center(no pain or problems yet)I am due for my one year follow up/release. They called and cancelled my first appointment 1 day prior so I rescheduled. 1 day before this appointment they called to cancel and said they no longer take my insurance, that moving forward I am cash pay and want to refer me elsewhere.
